Darice Heishman

Darice Heishman joined the UCM Alumni Foundation in March 2020 and has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sectors of higher education, health care, and animal welfare. She has a focus on constituent relationship management, and her broad experience in database administration, fundraising, and event logistics provides her with a clear vision of how data can be used to support the University’s mission.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and lived in Los Angeles, CA, for almost 20 years before relocating to the Kansas City area. Outside of work, Darice continues her lifelong passion for animal welfare by volunteering as a fosterer for a licensed rescue organization. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and undertaking new adventures with friends.
