Brooke Bowles

A 2002 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Business Management, Brooke brings over 20 years of experience in finance and higher education to the University of Central Missouri. Following a nine-year career in banking, she spent 12 years (2012–2024) with the Northwest Foundation at Northwest Missouri State University as the Accounting Specialist and Scholarship Coordinator. During that time, she developed a deep-seated passion for helping students secure the funding necessary to pursue their educational goals, even establishing the Daniel Bowles Memorial Scholarship in memory of her late husband whom she met during their undergraduate years at Northwest. An annual highlight for Brooke is getting to meet the recipient of this scholarship with her and Daniel's now-adult son, Colby, by her side. Establishing an endowed scholarship provided her with a unique understanding of the lasting impact donor-funded scholarships have on students, donors, and their families. 

After relocating to Warrensburg for a family business opportunity, Brooke was eager to return to her true calling: helping students navigate the financial path to graduation. She joined UCM in September 2025 and is thrilled to be back in the world of higher education and dedicated to supporting the UCM community.
